I personally have had an amazing experience with Valerie. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a realtor with excellent values, ultimate respect for the client and quality care in meeting the clients needs. She took time out of her day to help us get our home ready to list, gave us tips on what to look for when seeking a home , and was sensitive to our needs throughout the way. She took time to get it just right , hired someone to stage our home , and photographer to highlight the most beautiful aspects of our previous home. And literally one day after listing our home online, and the same day that the for sale sign went up in our yard, they had 2 viewings and potential third waiting. An offer on our home was made one day later. Our home sale offer was firmed up in approx 10 days. Literally 1 day on the market and first offer, house was sold. We chose an early move in date and one month and a week later we are now living in our new perfect home. She also took the time to find the exact home that we gave her an idea of. There are no words in this world I can use to explain any further of the exceptional fantastic experience we had with Valerie Sherren. in 22 years we had moved to Kingston, several other cities and back here with about 5 other realtors. No other realtor in the past cared enough to be honest , diligent, and get the job done with extreme respect for us in the whole process.
